Games tagged with this contain scenarios in which an individual has lost personal autonomy and has had their thoughts, actions, etc, controlled by the will of another through some means or another, though usually via technology, advanced biological manipulation, or via some kind of supernatural ability. This tag does not include scenarios of brainwashing, which has its own tag and is long term process which has similar results to mind control, but is not itself the direct and instantaneous manipulation of one's thoughts and actions in the same manner as mind control.
