Luigi's Mansion is a game that follows Luigi as he searches for his missing brother Mario. His search takes him to a mansion that the brothers supposedly won in a contest. The mansion, however, turns out to be haunted. Going against his natural cowardice, Luigi must traverse the mansion and defeat the ghosts within to save his brother.

Chauncey, the first major boss and third portrait ghost is a ghost infant, and attacks with toys. The Twins, encountered later in the game, attack with toys, mostly vehicles. Sue Pea, a young girl also attacks with toys.
