Hyrule Warriors is an adventure game that is part of Nintendo's Legend of Zelda franchise. The game centers on famous Zelda characters Link, Zelda, and Impa as the help a mysterious young woman named Lana undo the damage done by Cia, an evil sorceress that is determined to reintroduce darkness to Hyrule. Along with a cast of characters from various other Zelda games, Link must save the world once more. In addition to the story mode, there are also several other modes where the player and friends can play through missions and maps to unlock more characters and weapons.

Animal Abuse
In the Master Quest DLC, a horse is added as a weapon for Link. The horse is used in battle and can be harmed by enemies. The horse cannot die.
Avians
There is a tile on the Adventure Mode map that has the "Cucco Festival" where every single cucco event will happen. The Player Character will inevitably be swarmed by cuccos.

Throughout the game the Player Character will travel with a group of soldiers and part of the game is helping the soldiers capture and defend different strongholds. Every so often during missions a keep will get captured and the Player Character must save it. If a keep or the Home Base on the map falls then it is an immediate Game Over.
Electrocution
The Great Fairy Fountain in the Skyloft mission uses electricity to defeat the boss.
The character Ganondorf’s A attack uses electricity.
Explosions
The first fairy fountain the player comes across creates a giant bomb that falls on enemy forces and decimates them. Giant bombs are also used in Eldin Caves.
Eye Horror/Eye Trauma
Fire
Lizalfos enemies breathe fire.
Using bombs always results in a brief fire.
The Eldin Caves level is fire themed and has fire enemies and lava everywhere.
After the Eldin Caves the Player Character gains the Fire Rod, a weapon that shoots a lot fire.
In Faron Woods an entire village is burning down.
Shiek has a song that she can use that summons a column of fire.
Ghosts
The Sacred Temple area has humanoid ghosts that will attack the Player Character.
Insects
Kidnapping
The Player Character must rescue a kidnapped Ruto during the Death Mountain level.
Mind Control
In the Master Quest DLC, the first unlockable new story mission involves Cia mind-controlling Volga and Wizro to fight for her.
Reptiles
The second boss is a giant lizard. He is fought again as a mini-boss of Gerudo Desert.
The boss of the Twilight Palace is a dragon.
Sexualization/Objectification
At the end of the second Valley of Seers level, the camera pans over Cia’s body, focusing on her breasts and butt.
Spiders
The boss of Faron Woods is a giant spider/crab monster. The spider only has one eye. She is fought again as a min-boss in the Gerudo Desert.

Mummy enemies appear in the game beginning in the Eldin Mine level and throughout the rest of the game.
