Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS is the latest entry in Nintendo's crossover fighting series. The game contains a number of customizable characters, a number of different arenas, a panoply of items, a collection of trophies that acts as a museum of (admittedly Nintendo-centric) video-game history.

General Comments
The game's art style is mostly cartoonish, but some characters have more realistic proportions than others. The fighting, while frantic and fast paced, is not graphic in its violence.

Aquatic Violence
Body Horror
Some trophies, such as Pseudo-Palutena may contain elements of body horror.
On very high Intensities, fighting the Master Core will result in it taking a humanoid appearance. A number of this form's attacks involve elements of body horror.Bones
Canines
Clowns
Darkness
The Pictochat 2 stage can go completely dark, and the only indication of where characters are will be their Player Indicator Arrow.
When fighting the Master Core, which Master and Crazy Hand become when in high enough intensities, once the final shadow form is defeated (a shadowy duplicate of the player character), the shadow-stuff covers the entire screen for a time before being dispelled. It is impossible for your character to be directly harmed, though it is possible to walk off a ledge during this time.Dead Bodies
