Flight Rising, sometimes called FR, places the player in charge of a clan of dragons. Pick an elemental flight with to associate with, design a progenitor, and begin breeding and collecting dragons of a wide variety of breeds and genetic patterns! Battle against monsters in the turn-based Coliseum; earn cash playing minigames; and gather food, apparel, and familiars to fill the clan's hoard.

Water-element dragons and enemies can use special water-based moves, including a special move called Drown which slows the enemies, but does not actually drown them.
