Flight Rising, sometimes called FR, places the player in charge of a clan of dragons. Pick an elemental flight with to associate with, design a progenitor, and begin breeding and collecting dragons of a wide variety of breeds and genetic patterns! Battle against monsters in the turn-based Coliseum; earn cash playing minigames; and gather food, apparel, and familiars to fill the clan's hoard.

Alcohol

The Sparrow Skull item is described as smelling of rum, as a reference to Captain Jack Sparrow from the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise.

Animal Abuse

When using Baldwin's Bubbling Brew, the player has the option to reduce familiars into mucks which can be used to create other items, such as the alchemy-specific familiars. It is not specified exactly how transmuting familiars works, but it is commonly interpreted that the creatures are placed into the boiling cauldron where they either die or leave behind something which becomes the muck before fleeing from the clan. If the player would prefer to not transmute familiars, they can buy mucks or the alchemy familiars, which include the mucks as a component, from the Auction House.

Animal Death

Aquatic Violence

The Kelp Beds Coliseum venue is underwater, and the enemies are fish-based. However, combat in the Kelp Beds is no different than combat in any other venue, despite the underwater appearance to the venue.

Fish-themed enemies such as sharks and eels are also present in the Coliseum venue of the Waterway.

Water-element dragons and enemies can use special water-based moves, including a special move called Drown which slows the enemies, but does not actually drown them.

Avians

Avian enemies are encountered frequently in the Coliseum and drop as familiars after the battles. They can also be purchased from the Marketplace or Auction House or discovered in chests or received from Pinkerton. These include:

Blood

The Scratch, Slash, and Eliminate attacks in the Coliseum cause a red gash or gashes to briefly appear over the attacked creature to denote that the creature has been attacked. It then fades quickly. The move Irradiated Scratch uses a green version of the slashes to appear instead of the red.

The Bloody Bandages apparel set features bloody white bandages which are wrapped around the dragon’s various body parts.

Body Horror

The leader of the Plague flight, the Plaguebringer, is a rather gruesome female dragon whose wings are composed of tendinous tissue and whose dark-red body is covered by green pustules. Her face is also a bare skull mask.

Canines

Canine enemies are encountered frequently in the Coliseum and drop as familiars after the battles. They can also be purchased from the Marketplace or Auction House or discovered in chests or received from Pinkerton. These include:

Dolls

Dolls of the Dragon deities can be found in the game, and all twelve can be collected for an achievement. Plush toys of the Mammertee and Kelp Tender enemies and familiars can also be found, but they resemble the creatures they are designed after more than they resemble a doll.

Feline enemies are encountered frequently in the Coliseum and drop as familiars after the battles. They can also be purchased from the Marketplace or Auction House or discovered in chests or received from Pinkerton. These include:

Ghosts
