Needles: After restarting the generator and returning back to the Security room, you are attacked. The Player Character is injected with something. The syringe and a needle are shown very clearly and the priest proceeds to show you the syringe after injeting you. Player character loses conciousness.

self harm?: The patients smash their heads against the walls repeatedly. (they also bleed from doing so)

Explosions: Atleast one. Straight next to the Player Character. The Explosion knocks the character through an opening on the floor.

Fire: One of the air locks sets a blaze after one of the monsters starts breakign the glass between the Player Character and it. The burning room explodes when you run past it later. The explosion knocks the player through an openin on the floor and he lands on a pile of gore.
