Needles:
At near beginning of the game you are injected with something that makes you lose consciousness. The syringe and a needle are shown very clearly. The evil guy proceeds to show you the syringe after that.
self harm?: The patients smash their heads against the walls repeatedly. (they also bleed from doing so)
Explosions: Atleast one. Straight next to the playable character.
