Some parts of the game has the player character trapped in a small alcove or on a small platform to get to the next area.

For the Xbox Achievements, it regularly requires the player to go into small, hidden passageways to get the achievement.

The entire game is dark with small points of light, and silhouetted by darkness. There are a notable few levels that take place in entire darkness.

Dead Bodies

There are quite a few moments in game where the player character encounters dead bodies with flies hovering around the bodies.

For the jumps over electrocuted areas of the game, there are dead bodies to show that the area is dangerous.

There are several instances where the silhouettes of hanged bodies appear in the game.

There are slug/worm enemies in the game that will burrow partially into the Player Character's head and control their movements. They go away after they are eaten by a different enemy.
