Games tagged with this content contain materials portraying scenarios in which an individual's body is warped, twisted, perverted, changed, or generated in some way that would have the potential to generate a visceral, unpleasant, or horrifying reaction in a viewer. This most commonly takes the forms of extreme mutilation or maiming, but can also include scenarios in which an individual's body is changed in some way into something terrifying or unpleasant, such as transformation into a monster, etc.
