Games tagged with this contain elements to the story or gameplay that force the player to question or doubt the reality of the Player Character’s world and/or actions. This includes games that imply that game events are a figment of the Player Character’s imagination, games that rely heavily on hallucinations of the Player Character to drive the plot, and games that purposefully trick the player into believing a series of events that is later revealed to be untrue. Common instances include it was all a dream, the Player Character was in a coma, etc.
